- Commercial Properties: Pests can not only damage your business’s reputation but also cause safety concerns and inventory damage. We have extensive experience providing customized treatment plans to a range of commercial properties, including gas stations, health care facilities, grocery stores, offices buildings, and more!
- Farms and Ranches: With many of our staff members having grown up or worked in farms, ranches, or barns in the past, we are intimately familiar with the stresses on these spaces, particularly when it comes to pests. Our treatments will target pests that are known to spread disease or cause damage to vital systems like electrical equipment and silos.
Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, so whether you notice a couple of ants running across your counter, suspect termites have invaded your space, or are worried about fleas affecting your pets, you can count on us to deliver effective pest control services and an unmatched client experience.

Do I need to leave my house prior to service?
Usually, no. Most commonly used chemicals are safe. Some chemicals may have a low odor; therefore, it is up to you if you want to leave until the chemical dries, which would be 30-60 minutes. It is always recommended to keep children and pets away from fresh spray until dry.
Is the chemical going to hurt my pets? No, again it is always recommended to keep pets away from fresh spray until dry. Any rodenticide is kept in lock and key bait stations to prevent children and pets from coming in contact with it.
Do I need to spray inside of my house?Depending on the level of infestation and type of pests. For regular seasonal treatments (spiders, boxelders, cluster flies, crickets, asian lady beetles, etc.) interior spraying is usually not necessary. We do offer a winter check-up service, taking place early in the year which includes an interior service as well as a completed winter checklist to ensure your home is pest-proof for the upcoming warm season.
If I have a mouse in my house, what should I do?First of all, don’t panic! Pfitzer Pest Control guarantees to take care of the issue. We will look over the premises and locate possible entry points and of course eliminate them.
What is the difference between calling you vs. a “do it yourself” option?By calling Pfitzer Pest control, we can save you time and money while giving you peace of mind that the job will be done safely and correctly by our expertly trained technicians.
