Are termite inspections required for all home loans in SD & WY?
No. WDI inspections are mandatory for certain VA, FHA and conventional mortgage products, not for every loan. We recommend one on any property purchase to avoid unexpected structural repairs.
How much does a termite inspection cost?
$200 plus sales tax, charged up front for the 30–45 minute inspection. If active termites are found and you hire us for the treatment, the inspection fee is waived in full.
When can termite treatments be performed?
We inspect year-round, but liquid termite treatments run May through September so the termiticide absorbs properly into the soil.
What's covered under your termite warranty?
Post-construction treatments include a 5-Year Limited Warranty for native subterranean termites. If termites return within five years we retreat at no charge, provided annual reinspections are maintained — and the warranty transfers to a new owner within 30 days of closing.
